Texarkana, Texas - On May 28th, 2007 the Texas House of Representatives approved Senate Bill 3, the bill that includes designations for the Marvin Nichols Reservoir, which will condemn over 235,000 acres of land according to Texas Conservation Alliance.  Stephen Frost could have stopped Marvin Nichols and chose not to.
